THE KITCHEN
The kitchen of the Locanda di Valbella is personally cared for by
Favilla, the owner. With years of experience in the
field of restoration she has succeeded to approach the most sophisticated
products to the biologically grown raw materials in the farm.
The result of this research is a kitchen, which is traditional in the
choice of its dishes and raw materials, light and creative,
thus satisfying the most refined palates searching for new
gastronomic sensations.

AFTERNOON SNACK
In the afternoon a tasty snack is served under the portico of the locanda,
with cold meats, warm sgonfiotti (fried bread dough), cheeses and
homemade sweets, all very piedmontese and accompanied with regional wines.
